My name is
Kanon Kubose, and I'm the president of this company.
Maximum Herbs was started in 2001 because I was suffering
from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and could not afford to keep
paying the retail prices for the herbal supplements I needed
to heal myself. Many of our products are the very same ones
that I use myself, and the others are made with the exact
same care, slow brewed in jars filled to the top with the
herbs.
Searching for a
source for the necessary organic grain alcohol, I discovered
that there was no good source for organic grain alcohol on
the Internet. I had to purchase mine in bulk quantities from
a large distributor for around $1000.
I decided I could
help other people like me who want to make their own herbal
tinctures but cannot afford to purchase their organic grain
alcohol in bulk quantities. I believe Herbal Outfitters is
the only company online today selling small quantities of
certified Oregon Tilth organic grain alcohol.
We are a fully
incorporated company doing business as Herbal Outfitters and
Maximum Herbs. The parent company of which I am the president
is called Volemon, Inc. It is not publicly traded on the stock
market yet, but you can buy stock at $50 per share.

years of age or older to purchase organic grain alcohol. Our
organic grain alcohol is to be used for herbal tincture creation
or other NON-RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We are not licensed
to sell or distribute alcohol for recreational use, so please
do not order if you plan to consume our alcohol recreationally.
All organic grain alcohol will require an adult signature
upon delivery, and you must also certify your age at the time
of placing the order.
100 proof organic
grain alcohol is flammable as well as toxic if consumed in
large quantities (like any alcohol). Volemon, Inc., Maximum
Herbs, Herbal Outfitters, and any of the constituent employees
or board members cannot be held liable for any damages, physical
or otherwise, resulting from accidents or the misuse of said
substance.
You also assume
full responsibility for any bad reactions you may have after
consuming our herbal tinctures or Maximum Green Food. (Sorry,
but in this day in age, it has to be said despite it being
nearly impossible.)

Alcohol Handling Charge: Due to heightened
homeland security, all shipping companies now charge an alcohol
handling fee. I've looked for ways around it, but there don't
seem to be any, so unfortunately I have to charge an extra
$30 alcohol handling fee for any shipment containing alcohol.

satisfied. If your product does not arrive in good condition,
or is not satisfactory in any manner, please contact us. We
will either replace the product or refund your money. We may
ask you to return the unsatisfactory product. This will help
